In our new series, “From Jewish Life,” you’ll explore the significant milestones of the Jewish life cycle over the course of four events: from birth and the beginning of life, through religious coming-of-age (Bar or Bat Mitzvah) and marriage (Chuppah), to the end of life and death. Through a conversational format accompanied by music, you’ll gain authentic insights and a sense of the atmosphere surrounding the most important stages of Jewish life. Renowned experts will shed light on the cultural and religious contexts, customs, and rituals, and answer questions about their meaning and practical application. In this series, you’ll gain insight into the millennia-old tradition that continues to shape Jewish life to this day.
