Exhibition with supporting program at Villa Seligmann: “Deine Anne. A girl writes history”

From February 7 to March 7, 2024, the traveling exhibition “Deine Anne. A girl writes history” will take place at the Villa Seligmann. The exhibition is being shown in cooperation with the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom, the Rudolf von Bennigsen Foundation, the Bergen-Belsen Memorial and the Anne Frank Center in Berlin. The exhibition was developed as part of the project “Anne Frank and us” by the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam and the Anne Frank Center. After its initial presentation in the German Bundestag, it has been on display as a traveling exhibition throughout Germany since 2012.
The exhibition can be visited by school classes at Villa Seligmann. The classes are guided through the exhibition by specially trained pupils – so-called exhibition guides – and encouraged to engage intensively with Anne Frank’s personal history, the history of National Socialism, the Holocaust and the Second World War.
As part of the exhibition, a series of events will be held for the interested public in February 2024, to which you are cordially invited. All events take place free of charge in the Villa Seligmann. Prior registration with the Friedrich Naumann Foundation is mandatory.

The exhibition can be viewed by the public on February 15. and 22.02, both at 1.30 pm. Registration is also required for this.
